Our Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after call confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 2–4 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days in remote areas.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
- A flat Rs. 250 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.
- Express delivery rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide.
- The parcel will be delivered only after call confirmation by our Service Rep.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your accurate address and contact number.
- Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may affect your future purchase eligibility.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier link to monitor your parcel’s journey.
- If you face any tracking issues, contact us at contact@shexotic.com or via our WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram DM.
6. Delays or Issues
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it ASAP.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be added soon — stay tuned!
