Because of the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards β which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened or tried.
1. Hygiene & Product Safety
All our undergarments are sealed and quality-checked before dispatch.
To protect every customerβs health and privacy, we cannot resell returned intimate wear, so all sales are considered final once delivered.
π Before placing your order, please make sure to confirm your size using our provided Size Chart to avoid any inconvenience or wrong size selection.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a wrong item or the product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@shexotic.com with:

Our team will verify and arrange a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing themβsimply message us via Instagram DM or email.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
